What can we offer our customers?

Our Head office houses our Central Stores and National Service Centre.

The National Service Centre operates 364 days per annum, offering fully computerised call logging system, which means that we can dispatch our mobile technicians to all parts of the UK as and when our customer needs us!

All our technicians have a comprehensive range of van stock, ensuring a high first fix rate (first fix percentage currently running at 97%) and increased machine availability thus maximising potential revenue generated.

Our Central Stores hold stock for almost all makes of vehicle wash that have been installed in the UK for the past 20 years.

All of our technicians have received equipment training are UKPIA Saftey Passport holders, and are customer focused.

Car Wash UK are the originators third party maintenance,  and we can maintain all makes including Ryko, Wilcomatic, Istobal, Wesumat, Neptune, CK, WashTec and Tammermatic

We continue to invest in technology for our engineers with the latest products available including vehicle trackers, satellite navigation, electronic data transfer.
